Shipping Information

We try our best to ship out most orders on the same business day they are received. In some cases custom prints and photo gift orders may take several days to produce.

When you check out using the shopping cart you will see shipping options that you select from. The shipping prices are automatically generated based on the weight and packaging needs required to get the print / gift to you.

We offer shipping via the following methods:

United Parcel Service / Overnight / Two Day / Ground
DHL / Used for international delivery
United States Postal Service Standard / Used for domestic and international delivery
United States Postal Service First Class / Used for domestic delivery

By selecting an overnight carrier for delivery this does not guarantee your order will be delivered to you the next business day. The order will be shipped to you by whatever method you choose on the day the work is completed.

We will automatically send you a tracking number as soon as we receive one from the carrier you have chosen. Tracking is not possible for USPS services so for orders sent by mail we cannot track or guarantee their delivery.

During checkout we will provide a shipping cost to you that provides your final cost for delivery.

Prints sized 8 x 10 or smaller are flat packed.
Prints sized larger than 8 x 10 are usually shipped in a tube.
