We offer our customers a total satisfaction guarantee on our manufacturing. If you are not happy with a photo gift or print you have ordered from us, we will work with you to make sure you are taken care of. We do have some general rules we follow that are pretty common sense are what enable us to make this guarantee to our customers:
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the image that is submitted with their order is color correct and of high-quality
- Pixplug does not offer any image retouching services and as such, each image is produced as submitted by the customer
- If a customer submits a poor quality, out-of-focus photo then they will receive a poor quality, out-of-focus print
If you are not happy with your order, our first attempt to resolve your problem is to reproduce your order again. If, in the unlikely event you are still not satisfied with your order, upon our receiving the return of your ordered materials, we will provide you with a refund within 30 days in the form of a company check or by crediting your card
In all cases we try to work with our customers not only because it makes good business sense, but because we have been on the other side of the counter and know what it’s like.
