Pages such as our Membership Forms, Purchase Forms and Product Registration Forms require visitors to give us information which may be considered personal, such as contact information (like your name and e-mail address) before receiving certain benefits such as download rights and product support. We reserve the right to send you information by e-mail regarding promotions, new products or other news-worthy announcements that may be of interest to you. Customer Purchase Information

Our site uses an order form for customers to utilize for online purchasing of our products. Through our ordering system we collect visitor's contact information (like their e-mail address) and financial information (like their billing address and credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information about our company, and promotional material to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer to provide service, update and product upgrade information. Visitors may opt-out of receiving current or future mailings. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products. Financial information is transmitted through secure SSL in encrypted form to the processing center and customer bank in accordance with standard industry practices. Customer financial information is never sent in-the-clear.

Customer Passwords

Your password you enter in for your account is encrypted and stored in our system in a non-human recognizable format. This protects your information. It also means that we cannot tell you what your password is if you forget it. Using the sign-in form you can use the Reset Password feature to have a new password generated and sent to th e-mail address we have on file for your account.

We DO NOT share any personal information we collect from our site with any third-parties. The only exception to this policy is when it is part of a customer elected purchase whereby a third party partner fulfills a product to a customer. In such cases your photos and order information may be exchanged with the third party supplier.
